CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

International customers should place their orders by the 19th December for pre-Christmas delivery.

Customers based in Europe should place their orders by the 20th December for pre-Christmas delivery. 

Our warehouse will be closed intermittently during the Christmas break, so orders may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched during this time.

UK DELIVERIES

We use UPS for all UK deliveries. We endeavour to prepare your order and dispatch one working day after your order is placed (Monday to Friday). Please note during busy periods, dispatch times may vary. You should receive your order within 3-4 working days of dispatch.

All customers will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions or events outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For all international orders, we use an airfreight service through UPS. For advice on the countries we deliver to please email us at customercare@malonesouliers.com.

When ordering goods from our site for delivery outside the European Union, your order will be delivered duty paid and no additional VAT or equivalent tax should be payable.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm UK time will be fulfilled the following working day.

Our third-party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you.

If shipped internationally, the clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Due to strict Customs Regulations in Australia we are unable to dispatch anything that contains Citrus Peel or Wood to this country.
