Delivery & Shipping

For all European and international orders, we use an airfreight courier service. For advice on the countries we deliver to please email us or check the table below.

We endeavour to prepare your order and dispatch within one working day (Monday to Friday). Please note during busy periods, dispatch times may vary.

All customers will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions or events outside of our control.

Clearance and customs procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. As these cases are controlled by the customs department in the importing country, it is very difficult for us to speed up the process. Orders are held up and checked at random, meaning delivery timing is taken totally out of control.

When ordering goods from our site for delivery outside of the European Union, your order will be delivered duty paid and no additional VAT or equivalent tax should be payable.

Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm UK time will be fulfilled on the following working day.

*Please note, our UK Express Delivery option is currently unavailable.

Our third-party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our logistics centre and held until such a time that they are able to deliver to you.

Due to strict Customs Regulations in Australia we are unable to dispatch anything that contains Citrus Peel or Wood to this country.
